As of 5/6/2020, Brinker (EAT) corporate bonds were a 2.20% holding in the North Star Bond Fund, BG Foods (BGS) a 1.92% holding in the North Star Dividend Fund and Meredith Corp. (MDP) corporate bonds were a 2.53% holding in the North Star Bond Fund and a 1.42% holding in the North Star Opportunity Fund.

North Star Dividend Fund Investment Objective: The primary investment objective of the North Star Dividend Fund is to generate dividend income and the secondary objective is to seek capital appreciation.

North Star Bond Fund: The primary investment objective of the North Star Bond Fund is to generate income, with preservation of capital a secondary objective. The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of bonds and other fixed-income securities. The fund will generally focus on bonds issued by companies with equity market capitalizations of less than $2.5 billion.

North Star Opportunity Fund Investment Objective: The investment objective of North Star Opportunity Fund is long-term capital appreciation.

Important Risk Information:

Mutual funds have investment risks including loss of principal. There is no guarantee either fund will meet its objective. In general, the price of a fixed income security falls when interest rates rise. There is a risk that issuers and counterparties will not make payments on securities and other investments held by the Fund, resulting in losses to the Fund.
